Welcome to my website...
Adrian Owens is Deputy Leader of West Lancashire Borough Council and a councillor in Derby ward covering part of Ormskirk and Westhead village. Adrian was also the Conservative parliamentary candidate in the recent General Election where he increased the Conservative vote by nearly 3000 to its highest ever on the current constituency boundaries.

Find out more about Adrian here. Adrian has long advocated a clear, transparent approach to expenses. He publishes his expenses on this website - see here for further details. He has donated a proportion of his councillor allowance to charity since 2004.
Adrian continues to campaign hard on a number of issues and has brought key figures from the Conservative Party to West Lancashire including William Hague, the Foreign Secretary (pictured below in Up Holland).
In addition, as a Newburgh resident Adrian joined the successful campaign to save Newburgh Post Office from closure by the previous Labour Government and as the council's Regeneration portfolio holder he has helped secure investment in Skelmersdale, Ormskirk and Burscough's centres.
